The title of the book refers to the "Glad Tidings" (Navid) and those "Hopes" that might come true (Omid). The author presents us these glad tidings and hopes in the form of solutions for the terrible problems with which this world has been restlessly afflicted, like the lack of the enforcement of the Human Rights, wealth and poverty extremes, destruction of the environment, etc. He provides the readers with a key to understand these facts and the future of mankind at the light of the teachings of Bahá'u'lláh. The book includes a CD in MP3 format including 18 talks given by the author on this topic broadcasted in the baha'i radio station "Payam-i-Dust".
